Tutora is a Latvia-based marketplace that helps students and tutors arrange school support lessons. Users must provide accurate account information and use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.

Students and tutors are responsible for agreeing lesson details, attending lessons, and communicating respectfully. Tutors are responsible for describing their skills, availability, price, and meeting method accurately.

Payments are handled through the platform balance and manual bank-transfer top-ups. Balance changes, lesson payments, tutor earnings, and withdrawal requests are recorded for audit and support.

Tutora may block accounts, hide tutor profiles, review reports, reverse incorrect balances, reject top-ups, or suspend access when needed to protect users, comply with law, or investigate abuse.
