Refund Policy

Manual bank-transfer top-ups are reviewed by an administrator before funds are added to the user balance. If a transfer cannot be matched or is rejected, the user should contact support.
If a tutor rejects a paid request before the lesson is accepted, the lesson amount is returned to the student balance. Cancelled or disputed lessons may be reviewed manually by support.
Refund decisions consider lesson status, chat evidence, reports, payment records, and whether the lesson was delivered. Tutors can receive earnings only after a completed paid lesson is confirmed.
