Safety Rules

Keep lesson communication inside Tutora chat until the lesson is accepted. Do not share unnecessary personal information in public profile text or catalog listings.

Tutors must not pressure students to pay outside the agreed flow. Students must not spam requests or messages. Both sides should report unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.

Verified tutor status is granted manually by the admin. A visible tutor profile does not remove the need for users to use good judgment and report problems quickly.

Tutora can block users, hide tutor profiles, review chats and reports related to disputes, and limit actions to protect students and the platform.
