Privacy Policy

Tutora processes personal data such as name, email, phone number, role, school information, profile content, messages, lesson requests, support tickets, reports, payments, and balance records.

Data is used to operate the marketplace, authenticate users, arrange lessons, protect students, provide support, investigate complaints, keep financial records, and comply with Latvian and EU legal obligations including GDPR.

Contact details are not public in the catalog. Lesson participant contacts are shown only when the lesson status allows it. Chat messages and reports are stored so support can review disputes and safety issues.

Users can request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of their data by contacting tutora.school@gmail.com. Some financial, safety, and legal records may need to be retained for a lawful period.

The service uses Supabase/Postgres and Vercel-style hosting infrastructure. Server-side secrets and service-role keys must never be exposed to client code.
